Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical Power BI project take?
It depends on scope. A pilot with your real data typically takes 2–4 weeks. A full-scale implementation with multiple data sources and automated reports can take 2–4 months.
Do we need technical expertise in-house?
Not to get started — we build the full Power BI solution and train your team. For a full-scale implementation, we typically collaborate with your IT department for data source access. The beauty of Power BI's data model is that it consolidates data from many different systems into one layer on top — giving you a unified view even from sources that were previously hard to combine.
Can you work with data that can't leave our network?
Yes. We set up local AI solutions and LLMs that run entirely within your network. No data leaves your servers.
What does a consultation cost?
The first consultation is free. We analyze your situation and get back within 24 hours with an assessment of what's possible and what it could cost.
Do you only work with companies in Stockholm?
We're based in Stockholm but work entirely remotely. We have clients across Sweden and always work on your systems, from any location.
How can AI help our business?
There are two common entry points. Either you want your team to be more productive with AI tools like Claude and Copilot — then we run workshops and help you get started. Or you have a specific problem: a process that takes too long, data that needs faster analysis, or tasks that should be automated. Often we start with one and discover the other.
Can you automate our reporting?
Yes — it's one of our most common projects. We build Power BI reports and connect them to Power Automate so the right numbers are sent to the right people automatically. The executive team gets their dashboard, regional managers get theirs, and finance gets theirs — without anyone having to open a tool or send a reminder.
What systems can you connect to Power BI?
Virtually all of them. We've worked with ERP systems like Business Central and SAP, CRM systems, SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel files and APIs to external services. Power BI's data model brings everything together in one layer — whether the data comes from five different systems or fifty.
What happens after delivery?
You choose. Ideally we do a complete handover so your team fully owns the solution — you can modify, extend and evolve it internally. Power BI is one of the world's most widely used BI tools, so there's no shortage of competence. Some clients prefer that we stay on for ongoing management and development — that works too.
Do you only work with large companies?
No, we work with everything from small businesses to large organizations. The need for better data and smarter processes looks the same regardless of size — it's the scope that differs.
